When shaping my coaching practice, I thought about who I wanted to be and what I wanted to offer others.
Essentially I want to help.
I want to be real with you.
I want to walk along side you in the knowledge of how hard it can be to be a carer.
Yes, I can talk about gaining clarity, confidence and empowering oneself however
I want to provide you with an authentic relationship, with someone who can truly empathise with your situation.
It is through my own experiences that I can relate, understand and help you see that change is very possible.
What makes me the right coach for you?
Well, to really understand someones journey it sometimes helps to have walked that walk, and as a carer myself I know and can relate to a lot of the challenges that can face someone in the role.
I have been caring for the last 6 years and I too have struggled. I have been in pain. In despair. I have felt lost. I have felt alone. I have felt overwhelmed. Times have been dark and at times I have lost faith.
When I lost faith I had no direction.
I lacked optimism.
I didn’t know who or where to turn.
I had lost my identity and now it was defined by my caring.
So what happened? What changed?
I learned to change my thoughts.
I learned what was holding me back.
I decoded my barriers.
I can support you on your journey to regain perspective, feel more in control. I will be with you as you learn what you now want from your life.
My passion is underpinned by my own experienced pain and has been propelled into positivity by my relationship with God. I have formalised these passions by training in Counselling Skills and Theory and in Coaching and through the experience of helping to empower others.

When we can learn how to manage our thoughts, our minds, our attitudes. When we can access untapped resources, compassion and empathy. When we can let go of worries and instead live in peace. Thrive in happiness and feel in control when others would see chaos.
