Who this is for and why coaching helps

This service is for anyone supporting someone else, including carers, family members, friends, and those in a wider circle of support. Caring can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also be demanding and easy to lose yourself within. Some people come to coaching feeling stretched or overwhelmed; others simply want space to reflect on their own life, ambitions and wellbeing alongside their supportive role. Coaching helps provide clarity, builds confidence, and enables you to care for others without losing yourself.

Coaching and therapy – what’s the difference?

Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, whereas coaching is forward-focused, supporting clarity, practical change, and personal growth in your current life.  It offers a safe space to move forward with intention rather than looking back.

The coaching process

Coaching is a collaborative and confidential process that offers a safe space to explore what feels challenging and what may be holding you back.  My approach goes beyond surface-level solutions, paying attention to underlying beliefs, patterns, and practical obstacles that can arise against a backdrop of caring for, and supporting others.  Coaching is available one-to-one, with couples and families, in groups, and through workshops.

How and where coaching takes place?

Coaching is offered online via Zoom and in person.
This flexibility allows sessions to fit around caring responsibilities and changing circumstances.
An initial, confidential, no-obligation conversation is available to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
